Pakistan PM survives assassination attempt

Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani's convoy came under attack in Rawalpindi near here Wednesday.
According to Prime Minister house, two bullets were also fired at the vehicle of prime minister. However, the prime minister escaped the assasination attempt.
The premier was returning to Islamabad from Lahore. His motorcade was attacked near the airport.
Talking to Geo News after the incident, Federal Information Minister Sherry Rehman said that prime minister was safe and present at the PM House.
